What's up FitFam?
My name is Chelsea Lane Weinstein, and I want to personally welcome you into our squad! We crush our sweat sessions together and become stronger than yesterday. That's our motto! No matter your skill level, once you make it to class, physically or virtually, it’s a win! Expect challenging movement, a heart-pumping playlist, and motivational energy that will have you counting down to the next class. From dance battles to burpees, guiding you through safe and effective movement is a passion I thankfully get to live everyday.
Connecting with vibrant, fun people is my motivation. If I can lead in helping someone light their soul on fire through movement, I’ve done my job! When I’m not dancing around (literally everywhere) or working out, you can find me spending time with friends and family in Coastal Delaware and Long Island, creating social media marketing materials for small businesses, dreaming of all things Christmas, or counting down to my next tropical vacay!
